Parties and scope

Nature of the service

GrowShop is a business directory. It is not a product seller or a representative of listed businesses, does not process orders or payments, does not guarantee stock or price accuracy, and is not a party to contracts between users and businesses.

Business submissions

A submitter declares that the information is accurate and current, that they are authorised to act for the business, and that they may grant use of submitted text, logos and images. Illegal, misleading or rights-infringing content must not be submitted.

Limited content licence

The submitter grants a free, limited licence to display, technically reproduce, resize and optimise submitted content on the store profile and to use it only to promote that profile and the GrowShop directory service. Ownership does not transfer to GrowShop. Public use ends when the profile is removed; cache and backup copies are deleted within 30 days. Records subject to a rights claim or dispute are retained with restricted access only until the relevant process and statutory periods end.

Prohibited content and conduct

• False, duplicate or fabricated store listings
• Unauthorised use of brands, images or personality rights
• Content promoting crime or unlawful products or services
• Abuse, threats, malware or deceptive links
• Manipulative SEO copy, disparagement of competitors or a false impression of official approval

Verification, rejection and removal

Submissions are checked before publication and additional information may be requested. A submission may be rejected with a reason if authority cannot be confirmed, the listing is a duplicate or the content is unlawful. Closed, materially inaccurate, unauthorised or security-sensitive profiles may be suspended or removed; where practical, an explanation and an opportunity to correct the record are provided.

Third parties and freshness

Store websites, phone services, social networks and map links are operated by third parties. Before acting, users should confirm the address, opening hours, stock, prices and other details directly with the business.

Intellectual property

GrowShop's design, software, database structure, original copy and brand assets are protected by applicable law. Systematic copying or transfer to a competing database is prohibited; standard good-faith search-engine indexing is permitted.

Limitation of liability

GrowShop is not responsible for business activities outside its control, third-party content or transactions between users and businesses. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when the service or law changes. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
