Data processed
Site use may involve IP address, connection and security logs, transaction time, browser and device information, visited pages, cookie preferences and form data. Location is used temporarily to show nearby stores only after browser permission and is not stored in the database by default.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose technical errors, answer requests and protect legal rights, relying on legal obligations and legitimate interests and, where applicable, the establishment or performance of a contract. Optional analytics relies only on the visitor's preference.
Recipients and international transfers
The current infrastructure may use Vercel hosting, Google Firebase authentication and data storage, Google Maps links, Turnstile security when configured, and an email provider. Provider countries, data categories and the KVKK transfer mechanism must be confirmed through legal review of the live provider contracts.
Retention and rights
Security logs, forms, consent records and analytics records follow the approved retention matrix; periods are not invented before legal review. KVKK Article 11 requests may be sent to hello@dominoagro.com or through the privacy request form.
