Name, contact email and phone number, role or authority information, store contact details, submission time, verification method and correspondence, submission status, IP and transaction logs, and only where necessary authority or business documents may be processed.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to receive the submission, verify authority and information, create the profile, communicate, prevent duplicate and fraudulent listings, secure information and manage legal requests. Legal grounds include contract formation or performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests. Providing this notice is not a request for consent.
Data minimisation
A Turkish identity number or identity document is not requested by default. Irrelevant document fields may be redacted, access is restricted, documents are not published on the profile, and they are deleted under the retention plan when no longer needed.
Transfers and rights
